Lead designer (and my fiancé) Lareina Yu will come to your new home, sit down with you, and spend an hour getting to know your vision, answering your questions, sharing her expertise, and helping you see the possibilities your new space holds. You will walk away with a personalized design package, thoughtfully curated just for you and your home.
Working with us is never just about finding you a house, it is about being a team you can count on, for whatever comes next. Because finding the right home is just the beginning. The real joy is in making it yours.
It's a custom service, normally a $900 value, included because we don’t think the relationship should end at closing. No cost, no catch.

Introducing our Bushfield basement renovation project

Built for a Borg Team client, our vision was simple: a modern, functional, and beautiful space to unwind, entertain, and feel at home.
The defining archway anchors the design, its soft curves connect the living area and wet bar while giving each its own identity. Layered trim work and mixed materials add depth to the walls, while custom LED-lit niches offer a warm canvas for this family to showcase their seasonal decorations. A custom niche beside the sofa was built solely as a thoughtful inclusion for their cat.
Across the room, a dedicated fitness and yoga area offers a calm corner for movement. The powder room, tucked away, leans into intimacy with tonal depth and intentional light.
Deep blues, crisp whites, black, gold, and touches of greenery. Elegant, relaxed, and entirely livable.
